The DB2 is made from a specialized, high-cobalt / carbon Japanese material. This shear is designed for both wet and dry cutting, with an emphasis on dry cutting. The DB2 boasts a wider pivot point and slightly exaggerated radius, producing effortless cutting. Many stylists use it as their only shear because they simply "can't set it down!"
