Matsui Matte Black Refresh Set

This set is just beautiful. The case is so nice and keeps everything organized, very professional looking and the black just speaks for itself, it’s gorg. I’m a new hairstylist (20yr old) and wanted to spoil myself with some new shears and these cut so smoothly, are precise and come with so many other small things which is very convenient. For the price you can’t go wrong and will definitely be buying again in the future!

I was really impressed when they arrived with the presentation of the scissors. I just love the scissors, love, love, love. I've always been super fussy about my scissors and was a little apprehensive about buying online. They are just beautiful to use. I've never used barber scissors when I do my scissor over comb work it has always been with my normal scissors I cut with, I'm really enjoying doing my scissor over comb work with the larger scissor. I also love the other scissors, they do everything I want them to do with my slicing and chipping. I couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Like most of you, I'm on a budget for my barber shop. Not wanting to waste any money, I agonized over what to purchase to replace my aging and thrice-sharpened shears. I read several reviews and checked out several sellers' websites; almost pressing the purchase button a couple times. The clincher for me was the package deal through ScissorTech. I could get 4 pairs of shears PLUS a razor for the price of most single shears from other sellers' sites. And they have glowing quality reviews. So I took the plunge. They arrived within a week (even though shipped from Australia to the western US). I carefully followed their breaking-in instructions and tensioned each pair. I've done about a dozen cuts so far; using the razor 4 times as well. They are like butter. Cutting all the way through the closure of the shears to the tip. Very sharp and feel great in the hand. 3 different lengths on the shears plus one pair of thinning shears. And the razor cuts with no drag at all. I did 3 returning clients' cuts better than I have ever done their cuts. Who knew that cutting with substandard shears would equate to mediocre haircuts and equate to me becoming a mediocre barber? I'm feeling more confidant and excited about each client that comes in. And the price was so perfect and generous of ScissorTech. Thank you for making me the great barber I was meant to be.
