Matsui Neon Pink Offset scissors are a lighter weight beautiful, elegant scissors are made from high quality cobalt infused steel which is great for slide cutting as it stays sharp for longer.

The mountain blade really helps push the hair onto the fine razor sharp cutting edge, while also adding rigidity to the scissor which is great for point cutting, feathering, and texturising.

The offset handle in both scissors brings the thumb into a natural position for cutting and the solid finger rest can never come loose and get lost. The tension system creates an extra smooth feel to the scissors.

All our scissors come with a life time manufacturing warranty, a Scissor Tech case to protect your scissors, oil, microfiber cleaning cloth and tension adjuster.

Great shears!

I purchased this set for my daughter who is in a cosmetology program as a high school graduation gift. She used the trimming shears on my hair for the first time yesterday and was very impressed! She loves the pink color and eventually would like to add more instruments to her collection!
